From The Airport
Cross the motorway and take the slipway down onto the M1. On the motorway stay in right hand lane and take Port Tunnel (charges vary depending on time of day - ensure you have Euros) After the toll, continue past 3Arena on right and cross East Link Toll Bridge. Soon after passing through the toll booths turn right at the roundabout. Continue to the second set of traffic lights.
Travel straight across this junction to another T junction. Turn left then immediate right onto Newbridge Avenue. Continue to mini roundabout on the right you will see the Aviva stadium. Ariel House is a short distance from the stadium at Number 52.
Airlink 747 now connects Dublin Airport with the city. From the Port Tunnel it connects you to: The 3Arena, Convention Centre, Busáras, Connolly Station, Luas Red Line, O’Connell Street, Trinity College & Temple Bar, Christchurch, & Heuston Station.

From Dublin North
Follow the N1 into the Republic of Ireland, where it joins the M1 Motorway. Follow the M1 for approx 80km, passing through the M1 toll plaza and continue on to the M50.
Continue straight on the M50 and travel through the Dublin Port Tunnel. (charges vary depending on time of day - ensure you have Euros).
After the toll, continue past 3Arena on right and cross East Link Toll Bridge. Soon after passing through the toll booths turn right at the roundabout. Continue to the second set of traffic lights.
Travel straight across this junction to another T junction. Turn left then immediate right onto Newbridge Avenue. Continue to mini roundabout on the right you will see the Aviva Stadium. Ariel House is Number 52 on Landsdowne Road.
From Dublin Port
From Tolka Quay road, turn right onto Bond Drive. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Promenade Road. Branch left and then merge onto the R131. At the traffic lights, go straight through onto East Wall Road, signposted Dublin Port - Terminal 3, and pass the 3Arena. At the next roundabout (junction 79) take the 1st exit onto the R131 signposted Dun Laoghaire N11 via Toll Bridge.
Cross the River Liffey and over the East Link Toll Bridge. Continue forward onto the R131.
At Junction80 roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sean Moore Road. Turn left onto Cranfield Place. Then left onto Tritonville Road, then right onto Newbridge Avenue. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Lansdowne Road. Pass the Dart station. Ariel House is Number 52.
From Dublin South
Follow the M7 until it intersects with the M50.
Where the M7 meets the M50 junction stay in the right hand lane for the city centre. Continue on the Naas Road until the traffic lights, then turn right onto Davitt Road.
Travel straight on for approx 5 km along the canal until you reach Junction 51, where you can turn right onto Shelbourne Road.
Follows the signs for Ballsbridge. At the next crossroads take the left hand turn for Landsdowne Road. Ariel House is through the crossroads on the left, at number 52.
From City Centre
BY BUS: There are plenty of buses from the city centre that pass through Ballsbridge. Bus Numbers 4, 7, 8 and 84 all run close by Ariel House, and you can see their timetables on Dublinbus.ie.
ON FOOT: From St Stephen’s Green, head via Merrion Row and stroll down Baggot St Lower, Baggot St upper and cross the Grand Canal at Baggot St Bridge. They then walk straight on down Pembroke Road and cross the road at the junction of Northumberland and Merrion Roads where the Ballsbridge lnn (Formerly Jury's Hotel) is prominently located. Take a left down Landsdowne road and Ariel House is through the lights on the left hand side.
BY CAR: From Trinity College, travel along Merrion Square and Lower Mount Street. Cross the canal and continue along Northumberland Road to the second set of lights. Turn left onto Lansdowne Road. Continue through the next junction. Ariel House is number 52, on your left.
From Dun Laoghaire Port
Starting out on Crofton Road, Continue forward onto Queen's Road and at the lights turn right onto Harbour Road (signposted Belfast and North N1).
Pass the Harbour and turn left.
At traffic signals turn right onto Crofton Road - N31 (signposted All Routes) At traffic signals continue forward onto Dun Laoghaire Road - N31 Pass the Salthill and Monkstown DART station.
Take a left at the lights on to Newtown Avenue and follow this road as it turns right onto Frascati road and into the city centre. Continue forward onto the Rock Road and through onto the Merrion Road. Go through the lights and pass St Vincent’s Hospital on your left.
Continue forward on Merrion Road, through the lights again and pass the RDS on your left. Continue through the next lights. At the lights after that, take a right turn onto Clyde Lane. Go through the next lights onto Shelbourne Road. At the cross roads, turn right onto Landsdowne Road.
